At a SHRM Foundation event on caregiving, surrounded by leaders discussing the needs of working caregivers, it came into focus:

Mark is a connector at heart. For years, he has brought people together across the HR and People space through thoughtful conversations, trusted relationships, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. A single father raising three boys, his dedication to family grounds his work — building trust, listening with intention, and creating communities where people feel seen and supported.
Chief Care & Growth Officer
Kristin is a trusted advisor, executive coach and authentic connector with a track record of building lasting partnerships and driving revenue growth. Experienced in navigating industry disruption, she excels at reimagining opportunities and solving complex challenges with a people-first, collaborative approach. A devoted caregiver for several elder family members over the past twenty-six years while raising two daughters, she brings that same sense of care to her work as a champion for personal and professional growth.
