Katie Medeiros
Co-Founder
Katie has led growth and transformation initiatives across large, complex enterprises and high-growth organizations, bringing a people-first mindset and deep appreciation for authentic connection to everything she does. She has helped build and scale businesses and has partnered with teams across a wide range of industries, earning a reputation for quickly understanding how organizations operate and connecting ideas in practical, meaningful ways.
Grounded, perceptive and highly trusted, Katie has a natural ability to make complex topics feel clear and approachable. She is a strong ally in women’s leadership and believes the community should feel welcoming, supportive, and accessible, especially in spaces where leaders often carry a lot on their shoulders. At Connector’s Compass, she helps ensure every interaction maximizes and reflects these values.
Mark Christensen
Co-Founder
Mark is a connector at heart. For years, he has brought people together across the HR and People space through thoughtful conversations, trusted relationships, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
He is known for creating meaningful connections that go beyond surface-level networking by listening first, staying curious, showing up consistently, and creating space for honest dialogue. Connector’s Compass reflects the way Mark has always worked, with intention, generosity, and a belief that strong communities are built on trust.

Being a single father raising three boys has deeply shaped how Mark shows up as a leader, connector, and ally. Navigating parenthood, responsibility, and resilience firsthand has strengthened his empathy and reinforced his commitment to supporting women leaders and advocating for more human, flexible, and inclusive workplaces. His dedication to family grounds his work, informing how he builds trust, listens with intention, and creates communities where people feel seen, supported, and able to thrive—both at work and at home.

Amy Klewiec is a force in community building, strategy, and execution. She shapes the overall community and event experience, ensuring it feels grounded, accessible, and genuinely helpful. Known for transforming ideas into experiences that move people and organizations forward, With deep experience partnering alongside HR, People, and operations leaders, she has a unique ability to synthesize perspectives, connect the dots, and bring concepts to life in practical, meaningful ways.
With an empathetic heart and a sharp operational lens, Amy ensures ideas don’t stall at intention. At Connector’s Compass, she helps translate vision into practical action, creating spaces where collaboration feels natural, decisions move forward, and people leave with something they can actually use.
